Workplace Ostracism is a research topic which has attracted much attention from Chinese and Western scholars in recent years.Supervision Ostracism is a kind of workplace ostracism directly from superiors,which plays an important role in employees' mental state,organizational attitude,organizational behavior and organizational performance.At the individual level,supervision ostracism negatively affect employees' mental and physical health and work behavior.At the organizational level,supervisor ostracism has negative effects on subordinates' help behavior,organizational citizenship behavior,organizational trust and organizational performance and so on.Leaders are people who have the most contact with employees except colleagues.They are the incarnation and spokesmen of organizations.They are the links between employees and organizations.The relationship between leaders and subordinates is very important for individual and organizational performance.The purpose of this study is to explore the relationship between supervision ostracism and subordinates' trust in leader and work engagement,and the mechanism of power distance and leader justice in this process.This research employed empirical research methods through the questionnaire survey,and collected 244 valid samples.Through SPSS20.0 and Amos 22.0 software to demonstrate and analyze hypotheses.Through the study,we find that:(1)Leaders who actualize supervision ostracism can reduce subordinates' trust in leader;(2)To a certain extent,leaders actualizing supervision ostracism also have negative impact on the work engagement of employee;(3)Subordinates' trust in leader contributes to the improvement of work engagement;(4)The relationship between supervision ostracism and subordinates' trust in leader is totally mediated by leader justice support;(5)The relationship between supervision ostracism and subordinates' work engagement is partially mediated by leader justice support;(6)Power distance negatively moderates the relationship between supervision ostracism and leader justice.Finally,based on the conclusions and management practice,this paper puts forward suggestions for further research.
