Research On Satisfaction Of Panzhihua Migratory Bird-style Pension Real Estate Demand

In recent years,due to the quality of life is greatly improved,more and more people began to like young people out of the house,with the change of seasons,like migratory birds,the old-age activity choice of scenery is more beautiful,more suitable geographical environment climatic conditions.Panzhihua as a famous resort of health care,such as temperature and humidity are very suitable for the elderly in health care,was published in June 2016 the first national medical support combined with pilot city,but is also one of the most important cities in our country to develop the "Kang Yang +" industry in the future.Therefore,taking Panzhihua as an example,this paper studies the development of migratory bird care real estate industry in China,hoping to contribute to its healthy development in the future,and also make the overall development of China's pension real estate go up to a new level.On the one hand,the present situation of Panzhihua migratory old-age real estate is analyzed.At the same time,the existing problems of Panzhihua migratory old-age real estate are found,and the questionnaire is designed to live in the old people who are aged in Panzhihua in winter.Status and satisfaction survey.The SPSS21.0 tools are used to analyze the data collected by descriptive statistics,reliability and validity,satisfaction analysis and structural equation path analysis.The final results show that the main factors affecting the satisfaction of migratory bird elderly to migratory birds are the pension environment,and the living conditions of the migratory bird type old estate.Resource allocation,daily life,service and other factors have positive effects on the elderly satisfaction of migratory birds.In order to improve the current situation of Panzhihua migratory old estate,the government departments should continue to accelerate the implementation of preferential policies and improve the market order.Secondly,local migratory bird care real estate developers should try their best to enrich their business models and meet the diversified needs of the market.Third,conditional endowment real estate developers can also expand their scale to reduce the impact of seasonal change on Panzhihua migratory birds pension estate.Fourth,it is also necessary to build a unique brand and increase the intensity of external publicity.Finally,efforts should be made to improve the quality of services and enhance the satisfaction of elderly migrants,in order to promote the long-term development of Panzhihua's pension real estate.
