The Research Of Migratory-CBD

Along with the flourish development of China, the needs for Central Business District (CBD) come forth in many China's super cities. The exploitation and construction of CBD have become the key and shortcut of some cities' competition with foreign countries and gradual internationalization. The successful CBDs of foreign countries also become our example of studying and copying.But our CBDs that depend on policy differ from international successful CBDs that come into being naturally. According to the difference of foundation model, the essay divides CBD into natural-CBD, reformed-CBD and migratory-CBD. Among them, migratory-CBD is the most difficult and popular one. So migratory-CBD is the key.The CBD of Zhu-River new city in Guangzhou is a typical migratory-CBD. In this article, firstly, the author has introduced the CBD's basic conspectus and the experiences in the western countries and ours, which are the base of the research. Then the writer analyzes the needs for CBD in Guangzhou and the limitation of the old center. Thirdly, the writer analyzes the problem, obstacle and the opportunities In the chapter two to five. And the author has discussed the characteristic development of migratory-CBD and the other things those must be noticed in the development of CBD. In the last part of this article, the writer summarizes the active function, potential problems, construction's strategy and suggestions of migratory-CBD.There are some innovations in this thesis, and some concepts and viewpoints have been taken in the first time. This dissertation will provide an academic reference to the development of migratory-CBD in a certain degree.
