In recent years,with the advancement of economic globalization,financial institutions,the banks' business has been rapidly and diversified development,the basic network outlet as an important "window" of banks,is also on a way of transformation.The basic network of bank is not only the direct access to working capital,but also the channels to increase income and can also meet the needs of the customers in bank financial products and services in the first place,it is a concentrated reflection of the banks service level.To this end,big commercial Banks need to enhance the level of the network marketing service to meet the demand of the market,as to improve the profit,reduce the costs of the service,improve the experience for purpose.In the foreseeable future,the basic network of commercial Banks marketing will gradually shift to take the customers and communication with the customers service as center,working windows service and marketing have become an important part in the commercial banks that can't be neglected.CD bank as a local bank of Chengdu area,has been on the marketed in early 2018,is in a critical period of development now,the CD bank now has more than 180 basic network outlets,there are still obvious advantages in the number of outlets in other city commercial banks in Chengdu..However,due to the historical development,the value operation mechanism and the quality of personnel,there is a certain gap between CD banks and other banks in product category,science and technology support,basic network of soft power.It is urgent for CD bank to raise the marketing service level of basic network outlets to gain market recognition.This paper attempts to investigate how to play the advantages of 100 good basic network of outlets to comprehensively enhance the level of the basic network marketing,by raising the CD bank market competitiveness.This paper is divided into seven parts :The first chapter is the introduction,In this part,I mainly put forward the research background and significance of this dissertation,introduce the research content and structure of this dissertation,and demonstrate the logic and rationality of this dissertation.;The second chapter is the present situation and development trend at home and abroad,Through the collection of research results at home and abroad,understand the current trends and shortcomings,to find accurate position for the research of this article;The third chapter is the summary of relevant basic theory,Through the introduction of relevant theories,this article provides a solid theoretical foundation;The fourth chapter is the CD bank basic network marketing present situation analysis,separately from the historical evolution,business development and marketing present situation analysis of CD bank basic network at first,then using PEST and SWOT analysis the CD bank network marketing micro and macro environment,put forward the main marketing strategies.The fifth chapter is a basic particle CD bank customer satisfaction survey,use the questionnaire survey analysis to find out the problems of CD bank basic network in marketing.The chapter six is the basic network of bank specific marketing strategy and safety precaution;according to above analysis problem,put forward CD bank basic network security strategy and marketing strategy,we must give protection from manpower,system,technology and capital to ensure strategy effectively;The last part is conclusion and prospect;mainly summarized this paper,and study the conclusion and insufficient in research for future direction.Through this topic research,on the one hand,this paper will play a positive role to the development of CD bank;On the other hand,Provide reference of a large number of similar city commercial bank on the business development and marketing.
