In this paper,based on customer satisfaction,the service marketing strategy of wired network Z company is studied.Firstly,the application of customer satisfaction theory and service marketing theory is expounded.This paper describes the internal and external environment in which Cable Network Z Company operates by using SWOT analysis method,including the current situation of service marketing of Cable Network Z Company,the development strengths and weaknesses faced by the company,the opportunities and challenges encountered in the process of development.The analysis of these situations is helpful to understand the development trend of the industry accurately and find out the problems existing in the customer service marketing of the company in time,such as the relative lag of the management level of the operation service,the single structure of the main business,and so on.Then,in order to understand the current situation of customer satisfaction,the company's customer satisfaction evaluation is carried out,including the design of customer satisfaction evaluation factors,the evaluation process of information collection channels,satisfaction evaluation results analysis,From the overall feedback from customers on the company's products and services,this paper focuses on the relationship between customer satisfaction and service marketing strategies,aiming at these problems from the product,price,channel expansion,Sales promotion and personnel discussed the wire network Z company's service marketing improvement strategy.Finally,based on the improvement strategy of customer satisfaction,the company puts forward human resource security strategy,service specialization strategy,service relationship strategy.And the strategy of rapid service response to promote the wired network Z company to find a scientific and rational service marketing strategy in line with their own,in order to obtain a sustained competitive advantage,quality services into a new profit growth point,Thus for customers and the company to create a win-win result.
