SWOT Analysis And Development Strategy Of Surround Luofu Mountain's Agricultural Tourism

With the exaltation of people's material life and spiritual life,the tourists' demand for tourism gradually appears multi-level and personalized features.The demand for healthy leisure content of tourism products is getting higher and higher and the agricultural tourism has gradually become the tourism pursuit of the healthy and comfortable life.The agricultural tourism is an important part of modern tourism.The development of agricultural tourism resources has a great practical significance to the development of tourism.Luo Fu Shan is located in the eastern margin of the Pearl River Delta,it is located in the central area of Lingnan "tourism and leisure corridor",it sets the strengths of famous mountains in Guangdong Province and be unique.Its majestic fight the first with Xiqiao Mountain,its steep compared to Danxia Mountain,its flying waterfall comparable with Dinghu Mountain.The agricultural tourism has become the strategic pillar industry of the Surround Luofu Mountain economic belt.In recent years,Luofu Mountain plate agricultural tourism development momentum is good,but there are still some problems in development.Compared with other similar scenic spots,there are still some gaps,especially its superior agricultural resources have not been fully exploited,the function of ecological agriculture has not been given due play,influence and visibility have yet to be further enhanced.In this paper,the questionnaire survey data were used for statistical analysis,and analyzes the present situation of agro-tourism development of Pan-Luofu Mountain Plate in combination with SWO T analysis method.Its advantage lies in the solid foundation of agricultural industry development,natural scenery and natural resources conditions,location conditions is superior.The disadvantage is that publicity is not enough and visibility is not high,low degree of agricultural tourism resources development and low level of tourism projects,the resource integration is low,the tourism management and infrastructure is not perfect,the development of agricultural tourism industry chain is imperfect.The opportunities lie in the rapid development of local agricultural tourism,the local government for the Surround Luofu Mountain economic policy support.The threat is the contradiction between the diversification of tourists' needs and the characteristics of agricultural tourism,competition from the same agricultural tourist attractions.Based on the analysis of resource distribution and development potential and SWOT analysis,This paper worked out Surround Luofu Mountain agricultural tourism development of the main aspects of the focus on the use of the strategy,and puts forward specific countermeasures.Firsely,play the advantages of natural resources,creating the brand of eco-agriculture tourism,Secondly,clear the agricultural tour ism market positioning,master the target visitor needs,create the promotion,to create "Surround Luofu Mountain Agricultural Tourism" brand.Fourthly,tap the rural cultural connotation fully,enhance the quality of agricultural tourism scenic spots.Fifthly,integrate the resources of the plate,take shape the agricultural tourism green circle.Sixthly,improve the agricultural tourism industry,advance the ecological farmhouse entertainment.Seventhly,standardize industry management and realize the healthy development of agricultural tourism.
