With the booming rental market,X House Leasing Co.strives to expand nationwi de.Prior to this,it urgently needed to establish a nationwide data information system to cope with future business,but due to unclear communication and unclear needs,et c.The project has been in a semi-stayed state.The primary problem faced by X Company is how to do a good job in the man agement of information system construction projects.Through the management of proje ct requirements,we can find the problem points in the project requirements,through t he theoretical analysis of project management,and let the relevant departments concern ed understand the seriousness of the problem.,Take the initiative to join the ranks of demand management,ultimately solve the problem,solve the problems caused by cha nges in market and business instability and other issues,increase development efficienc y,save costs,and create more value for the company.This article takes X House Leasing Company's information system construction pr oject demand priority management as the research topic,and uses the case analysis m ethod to analyze and summarize the current project demand management problems of X Leasing Company,mainly due to the lack of demand assessment mechanism.By re ading a large number of relevant documents,the author effectively sorted out the met hods and related theoretical knowledge of project needs assessment,and used the Delp hi method to construct an indicator system using questionnaires,and then used the an alytic hierarchy process to calculate the weight of each indicator.Information system c onstruction project demand priority decision results.This paper also analyzes the application of the results,and more scientific metho ds for assessing needs not only improve the rationality of resource allocation,improve the timeliness of development,reduce project risks,but also provide lessons for the m anagement of demand for other projects of the company.
