With the rise of service economy and the homogenization trend of products in market,manufacturing enterprises are facing fierce competition pressure.the traditional operation mode relying on low-cost advantage is difficult to provide market competitiveness continuously.In this context,relying on the entity product service transformation has become an effective strategy for today's manufacturing enterprises to climb the high end of the value chain,that is,to customer demand-oriented,under the guidance of service transformation strategy to product function as the carrier derived to match customer demand related services,and gradually formed a service-centered competitive advantage.Since most of China's manufacturing companies are still in the initial stage of service transformation,the creation of value brought by service delivery has not brought about significant improvement in corporate performance,and it needs urgently theoretical support for how to achieve the evolution and upgrading of service transformation.Therefore,it is of great significance to explore the key factors affecting the transformation and upgrading of manufacturing enterprises' services and the mechanism of these key factors.On the basis of reviewing related literature,this study defines the manufacturing enterprise service transformation system from the perspective of supply chain,builds the state parametric system of the manufacturing enterprise service transformation system based on BSC and KPI,and selects five representative manufacturing enterprise data to use rough Set attribute reduction recognizes the key factor that the manufacturing enterprise implements the service transformation is the order parameter;learns the "BZ" reaction model to construct the collaborative evolution model of the manufacturing enterprise service transformation system,and analyzes the mechanism of the order parameter in the evolution of the manufacturing enterprise service transformation system.Finally,the paper selects Shanghai electric's actual cases and data to further discuss the dominant role of order parameters in different stages of service transformation system of manufacturing enterprises.The results show that:(1)the supply chain view of manufacturing enterprise service transformation system is essentially a value realization system structure,it is composed of service subsystem,manufacturing subsystem,customer subsystem and cooperation subsystem.(2)Customer relationship,service innovation capability,and profitability are the evolutionary processes of the order-leading dominant manufacturing service transformation system.The realization of transformation strategy of manufacturing enterprise service must highlight the role of order parameters,and explore ways and means to enhance key factors(order parameters).(3)the synergy among customer relationship,manufacturing profitability and service innovation capability is the key to the evolution of service transformation system in manufacturing enterprises.Timely and accurate grasp of customer demand is the basis for manufacturing enterprises to achieve service transformation,only through the interaction between the customer and enterprise can timely and effectively input customer demand into the service transformation system,to solve customer problems and constantly improve the product function,Through the integration of resources such as production,service and technology in the supply chain and downstream,the Company will improve its product functions,continuously derive related service businesses,expand the value space of product service packages,and create market competitive advantages that cannot be imitated.(4)the order parameters of service transformation system in manufacturing enterprises play a leading role in different evolution stages are different.The stage from product + simple service to product / service customization is dominated by manufacturing profitability;Evolution from product / service customization to integrated solution delivery is dominated by service innovation capabilities.In order to realize the transformation of the enterprise value chain from product-centered to service-centered,the company's overall competitiveness and profitability are continuously enhanced.
