The purpose of this study is mainly to explain and analyze key factors affecting the dairy supply chain system co evolution using synergetics and dissipative structure theory,self-organization theory system,and the dairy supply chain system evolution mechanism,to enhance the competitiveness of the core enterprises and provide a theoretical basis for the dairy supply chain.With the development of economy,the core the competition between enterprises has gradually evolved into the competition between supply chain and supply chain in the research on Mechanism of interaction between enterprises and the influence of the system have been focused on academic research direction,in the existing literature,the evolution of China’s development of dairy products supply chain from the perspective of the system Analysis of literature is very limited.This paper is based on the self organization theory,through the review of related literature,to complete the research on the co evolution of dairy products supply chain system in the perspective of supply chain with the characteristics of the industry the current situation of the dairy industry.Since the advent of organization theory,considerable repercussions,not only used in the research field of natural science,research of law can also be applied to the social economic system.This research method using a combination of theory and practice,through the research of collaborative evolution of the review of related literature on dairy product supply chain system.Through the system characteristics analysis of dairy products supply chain system,first of all from the perspective of qualitative explanation of self organization and Synergetic Evolution Mechanism of dairy supply chain system;from the dairy supply chain system evolution conditions and dynamic force to explain the dairy supply chain system transition to dissipative structure.When the dairy supply chain system The stable external environment,dairy products R & D capabilities continue to increase the system’s threshold increases,when the zero breakthrough system value,to realize the dissipative structure transition system from disorder to order;in the common role of dairy products supply chain system and the external environmental factors and dairy products R & D force both under the level of profitability and production technology of dairy enterprises showing a orderly change.Through qualitative analysis,the specific process of study on the evolution of cooperative dairy supply chain system are quantitatively characterized.In many of the state parameter,state parameter relaxation coefficient is called order parameters,is the dominant system The main indicators of evolution.Therefore,through the establishment of a coordination model,to find out the order parameter is an important step in the research work.Through the analysis of the dairy supply chain system,selected 13 order parameters,were studied using the data in recent six years,based on the data of tempering treatment and utilization to solve the synergetic order parameter model,the yield level of dairy products,dairy products sales of raw milk and raw milk yield and the yield of dairy products per capita consumption expenditure as the order parameter leading dairy supply chain system that governs the evolution of dairy supply chain system.The five order parameter distribution in the dairy supply chain A system of four subsystems,respectively dominate co evolution system.In each subsystem to identify order parameters,establish the system order parameter potential function model to feature evolution paths of dairy supply chain system to describe the analysis,calculate the system evolution in the process of development of the inflection point,by the end of the system in the system and subsystems of synergy evaluation,effective coordination of various subsystems are analyzed,the sale of dairy products is the lowest part of collaborative production of raw milk,along with the overall coordination degree is high but the fluctuation of the fluctuations.Finally,in view of each subsystem and the order parameter,put forward to promote the dairy supply chain system co evolution The deficiency of this paper is that there is no quantitative analysis of the dissipative structure of dairy supply chain system,and there is a lack of specific quantitative analysis model in the process of system instability mutation analysis.
