The Research Of Enterprises’ Technological Innovation Capability Under The Synergy Perspective

Technology innovation is the key element to maintain enterprises’competitive edge in the fierce market competition. Along with the global economic integration progress, the renewal cycle of technology became more and more short, synergy and corporation between enterprises or other organizations became more and more obviously. Under this circumstance, it’s necessary to redistrict the conception of enterprises’technological innovation capability (ETIC), and explain the internal mechanism of ETIC’s promotion from the perspective of synergetic.Based on the compilation of research results, this article combined the theories of synergetic to ETIC’s study. By using the quantitative analysis methods such as system theory, thermodynamics, adaptive landscape analysis AHP, the paper creatively builds a enterprises’technological innovation system (ETIS) and the ETIC’s evaluation index system from the perspective of synergetic. Finally find out that the ETIC is order parameter of ETIS.This paper’s innovation mainly has three points:Firstly, this paper analyzes the feasibility to built the ETIS with the synergetic theory, and find out the ETIS is a complex system which contain multiple subsystems either far from equilibrium state. The system’s random fluctuation acts as the engine of ETIS;Secondly, through the inner study of enhancement mechanism of ETIC, this paper believe ETIC is the order parameter of ETIS, the system’s random fluctuation turned out the promotion of ETIC. The fitness landscape test also support the above conclusion.Thirdly, considered ETIS is a complex system which contain multiple subsystems either far from equilibrium state, this article combined AHP and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation (FCE) methods, provides a newly multilevel fuzzy integrative evaluation model to evaluate the ETIC.
