Research On The Construction Of Heterogeneous Entrepreneurial Team In Farmers' Opportunity Based Entrepreneurship

Farmers' entrepreneurship is an important part of national Entrepreneurship in China,and the motivation of the farmers in our country is gradually changing from the survival type to the opportunity type.However,most of the farmers' entrepreneurs have the problems of low education level,lack of entrepreneurial skills and low comprehensive quality and so on.The abilities of the farmer entrepreneurs do not meet the requirement of opportunity based entrepreneurship.Therefore,the entrepreneurial teams are very necessary for the opportunity based entrepreneurship of farmers.In order to further improve the success rate and performance of the farmers' entrepreneurship,the entrepreneurial activities of the farmers' entrepreneurship are carried out in the form of the entrepreneurial team.This research takes the entrepreneurial team of farmer opportunity entrepreneurial as the main body of research.This paper discusses the role and value of the entrepreneurial team in the opportunity based entrepreneurship of farmers,as well as the ways and approaches for the farmer entrepreneurs to build the entrepreneurial team.This study mainly solves the following three aspects of the problems.Firstly,what are the requirements for the entrepreneurial team in the opportunity based entrepreneurship? What is the demand for the heterogeneous entrepreneurial team by the opportunity based entrepreneurship of farmers? Secondly,what is the heterogeneity of the farmer's entrepreneurial team? Thirdly,how do the farmer entrepreneurs of opportunity entrepreneurs build an entrepreneurial team with the characteristic of heterogeneity?At first,based on Timmons entrepreneurial model and Wickham entrepreneurial model,this paper analyzes the demand for entrepreneurial teams and the demand of heterogeneous entrepreneurial teams for entrepreneurial opportunities.Then,the presentation of the heterogeneity of the farmer's opportunity entrepreneurial team is analyzed,and the source of the heterogeneity of the team in the farmer's opportunity based entrepreneurship is discussed.Next,according to the theoretical analysis and the reality of the farmers' entrepreneurship,the construction path of the heterogeneous team in the farmer's opportunity based entrepreneurship is constructed.Finally,we use a successful case of farmers' opportunity based entrepreneurship--the case of Ziyun Xiang farm,and prove the theoretical framework and construction path proposed in this paper.The main contents and conclusions of this study are as follows:Firstly,the deconstruction of the classic entrepreneurial models to the entrepreneurial team clearly defines the core position and important role of the entrepreneurial team in the process of entrepreneurship.Opportunities,resources,environment and learning activities all need the entrepreneurial team especially in the case of opportunity based entrepreneurship.As a result of the lack of entrepreneurial conditions,the demand for the entrepreneurial team will be even more.In the farmer's opportunity based entrepreneurship,only a heterogeneous entrepreneurial team can better identify and develop entrepreneurial opportunities,acquire and manage entrepreneurial resources,analyze and respond to entrepreneurial environment,conduct entrepreneurial learning activities,and then promote success in the entrepreneurship.Secondly,the team heterogeneity of the opportunity based entrepreneurship is mainly embodied in the heterogeneity of knowledge and abilities.The heterogeneity of knowledge is the basis of the heterogeneity of the farmer's entrepreneurial team,and the heterogeneity of ability is the requirement of the heterogeneity of the farmer's entrepreneurial team.The sources of heterogeneity of farmers' opportunity based entrepreneurial teams include team size expansion,age distribution decentralization,sex ratio rationalization,education level stratification,work experience enrichment,and value differentiation.The implementation of heterogeneity leads to the heterogeneity of knowledge and ability for the entrepreneurial team to meet the farmers' opportunities for heterogeneous teams.Thirdly,there are three parts of the construction path of the heterogeneous team in the opportunity based entrepreneurship.Firstly,the logic of establishing the entrepreneurial team with the combination of the tool type and the interpersonal type is the basis for laying the whole heterogeneity of the farmer's entrepreneurial team.Secondly,the expansion of social network and the modeling of network heterogeneity are the important channels to expand the source of the heterogeneity of the farmers' entrepreneurial team.Thirdly,the use of information technology and the use of Internet information is an important technical means to improve the heterogeneity of the farmers' entrepreneurial team.
