Research On The Influence Of Entrepreneurial Team Heterogeneity On Team Creayivity

Under the diversified background,the team is gradually developing to diversification,and team composed of individuals in different field,cultures,and regions is increasing,which inevitably lead to team heterogeneity,and this team heterogeneity has a great impact on the innovation of the enterprise.Especially for entrepreneurial teams,innovation is the core element to promote their development.From the perspective of knowledge view,the fundamental innovation of entrepreneurial team is to use different knowledge reserves among individual to promote new ideas and new resources to enhance their creativity.Therefore,facing fierce external competition,how to better integrate and utilize heterogeneous resources to stimulate team creativity has important theoretical and practical values.In the process of literature review,this paper finds that the team diversity and innovation ability research has always been the focus of scholars both home and abroad,but fewer scholars take knowledge integration integration ability as a breakthrough point to study.Therefore,under this situation,this paper takes entrepreneurial team as the research object,constructs the conceptual model of the influence of entrepreneurial team heterogeneity on team creativity based on literature review and logical reasoning,and introduces the knowledge integration capacity as an mediator variable and environmental uncertainty as a moderator variable.Based on this,the research hypothesis of this paper are put forward,design and survey the questionnaires,And carried out a series of analysis on 285 valid questionnaires.Empirical analysis of effective questionnaires retrieved by structural equation model and multiple linear regression,to verify the research hypothesis proposed in this article.The conclusion of the study shows that:(1)entrepreneurial team heterogeneity has a positive impact on team creativity.In which information heterogeneity and value heterogeneity have a positive impact on team creativity,while the social attributes has no significant effect on team creativity.(2)Team heterogeneity has a positive effect on the knowledge integration capacity.Among which the various dimensions of team heterogeneity has a positive impact on each dimension of knowledge integration capacity.(3)Knowledge integration capacity has a positive impact on team creativity.Among them,knowledge recognition ability,knowledge contribution ability,knowledge fusion ability and knowledge utilization ability have positive effects on team creativity.(4)Knowledge integration capacity plays a partial mediating role in the influence of team heterogeneity on team creativity.(5)Environmental uncertainty positively moderates the relationship between knowledge integration capacity and team creativity.The research conclusion has certain reference significance for the improvement of the creativity pf the entrepreneurial team.
