Entrepreneurship is the engine of economic development and brings fruitful economic results to society.With the vigorous development of entrepreneurship on a global scale,relevant research issues in the field of entrepreneurship have become a hot topic in academic research.The success of entrepreneurship is the result of a combination of complex factors.As the leader of the entrepreneurial process,the characteristics and capabilities of the entrepreneurial team are the key to the success of the entrepreneurial team.On the one hand,the structural characteristics of the entrepreneurial team reflect the basic entrepreneurship that the team has;on the other hand,the entrepreneurial team members will continue to produce more potential entrepreneurial through interaction in entrepreneurial activities.What kind of entrepreneurial can be generated by the heterogeneity of the entrepreneurial team,and ultimately affecting the team's entrepreneurial performance is a problem worthy of further discussion.In addition,starting a business in the form of a team,members are prone to conflicts and conflicts,so the role of team communication can not be underestimated.This study focused on team entrepreneurship and built the relationship between entrepreneurial team heterogeneity,team entrepreneurship and entrepreneurial performance.Team communication is used as a tuning variable to regulate the relationship between entrepreneurial team heterogeneity and team entrepreneurship.Through the interview method,a measurement questionnaire about team entrepreneurship was developed.Based on 185 valid questionnaires,data aggregation was used to aggregate individual-level data into 57 team-level data,using spss for regression analysis,and using Bootstrap method to verify team communication adjustment effect.The empirical research results show that:(1)Team entrepreneurship can be divided into six skills: technology and market ability,learning awareness,problem solving ability,entrepreneurial spirit,resource access and teamwork;(2)demographic heterogeneity has no significant impact on entrepreneurial performance,functional heterogeneity has a positive impact on entrepreneurial performance;(3)demographic heterogeneity and functional heterogeneity have a significant positive impact on team entrepreneurship;(4)team entrepreneurship in the relationship between functional heterogeneity and entrepreneurial performance plays a part in mediating;(5)team communication plays a regulatory role in the relationship between social heterogeneity and functional heterogeneity and team entrepreneurship,and team communication are been verified that there are different adjustments between the two aspects of heterogeneity and the ability of the team to start a business.It also verifies the different adjustment effects of team communication between the two aspects of heterogeneity and team entrepreneurship.Finally,the basic knowledge of literature review and empirical research in this study,for the entrepreneurial team to form a startup team,and how to improve the team entrepreneurship in the entrepreneurial process,break through the difficulties encountered by the team,and make relevant recommendations.Finally,the article summarizes the limitations of this study and proposes future prospects.
