After nearly sixty years development, especially recent twenty years, our country home appliances industry underwent the tremendous changes. The product is from singleness toward solely multi-dimensional, the market from falling short of demand to surplus, and the profit from extortionate to meager. At the same time, home appliances marketing channels are changing rapidly. In the 1980s and 1990s, home appliances marketing channels have department stores, home appliances wholesale markets, Exclusive shops and other forms. Entering the new century, as the rising of GOME and SUNING, home appliance chain has become the main channel for sales of home appliances and a major profit beneficiary.With the full liberalization of China's retail industry in December 11, 2004, foreign home appliance enterprises have entered the Chinese market, the domestic home appliance enterprises are facing fierce competition. Facing dilute profits, reducing operating cost within the enterprise has been the only way for future development, while the logistics and distribution will be an important link. In China, logistics cost accounts for 30% of the total cost of goods, transportation cost is three times higher comparing with Western countries. The selection of a rational distribution mode is the key to enterprises, it has an important impact on improving the economic benefits of distribution.First of all, this paper begins with the current situation of logistics and distribution of China's home appliance retail chain business, introduces relevant theories about chain operation, logistics and distribution. By analyzing the characteristics of logistics and distribution and the current situation, the author points out some problems of China's home appliance chain business, and studies the relationship between home appliances sales and logistics and distribution with linear regression analysis. Then, the thesis introduces the logistics distribution modes adopted by home appliance business, analyzes the influence factors, and constructs the evaluation choice model of home appliance retail chain business using AHP; Finally, the author applies the evaluation choice model in Zhejiang heart-to-heart appliances supermarket, verifies the validity of the model.
