Car insurance telephone marketing is a new type of insurance marketing based on traditional telephone marketing service.This model attracts consumers who value car insurance at low cost.In 2016,the reform of the rate management system of commercial auto insurance clauses(for short,the change of commercial car fare)came into full force,the premium of all marketing channels became more and more consistent,and the fierce market competition brought great impact on the auto insurance and electric sales business.As an old insurance company,X has some influence in the industry.It is of great significance to study the development course,influence the present situation,existing problems and the development transformation of the electric sales business after the commercial fare.This paper takes X financial insurance company Guizhou branch as an example,takes the commercial car rate reform as the background,the marketing strategy correlation theory as the support,from X financial insurance branch Guizhou branch marketing present situation as the research foothold,uses the enterprise strategic management correlation theory to analyze the industry external environment and the competition environment that X financial insurance branch Guizhou branch faces;Based on the 4CS analysis model(customer,cost,convenience and communication),this paper analyzes the existing problems of automobile insurance and electric sales in XS branch of Guizhou province,and discusses the existing problems of telephone marketing in this company.
