Research On The Impact Of Entrepreneurial Leaders On Entrepreneurial Performance

The rise of entrepreneurial activities has continuously injected new vitality into the development of Chinese economy.Entrepreneurial enterprises have been gradually promoted from the individual to the corporate level,and entrepreneurial spirit has been continuously injected into people's working life.However,entrepreneurial enterprises also have their inherent risks.With the acceleration of economic transformation,entrepreneurial enterprises are facing a shortage of resources,short product life cycle,rapid technological renewal,diversification of market demand and so on.This highlights the important role of entrepreneurial leadership in the current environment.Entrepreneurial leadership needs to be able to respond to challenges in a timely manner,seize opportunities quickly,and adapt quickly to changing external circumstances:leadership,resilience and entrepreneurship Ability.At the end of the 1990 s,scholars began to focus on the research of entrepreneurial leadership.The entrepreneurial leadership has both the characteristics of entrepreneurs and the characteristics of the leaders,emphasizing the guiding and excavation of the behavior of the employees,the realization of their personal value,and the rational allocation of resources;In order to grasp the development opportunity,this paper probes into the relationship between the entrepreneurial performance and the entrepreneurial performance based on the understanding of the entrepreneurial leadership.Emotional intelligence was put forward by American scholars in 1990's,and it was included in the study of organizational situational application.Emotions can affect a leader's judgment,creativity,reasoning,and memory.For the operation and development of the enterprise,the leaders make strategic arrangements to the company,then assign the tasks to the subordinates.In the process of distribution,they must communicate with their subordinates and exert influence on the subordinates.However,this influence cannot be separated from the understanding,application and treatment of emotion.This paper takes emotional intelligence as an intermediary variable to study its influence onentrepreneurial leaders' entrepreneurial performance.This paper makes a literature review of the above theories,designs the research model according to the theoretical analysis,and puts forward the corresponding hypotheses.In this paper,entrepreneurial leaders are selected as the research objects,and more than 20 entrepreneurial leaders are studied.The reliability and validity of the data are tested by using SPSS 22.0 statistical software,and the correlation analysis and regression analysis are carried out.Then the research model of this paper is verified.Draw the following conclusions:First,the general level of emotional intelligence and entrepreneurial performance of entrepreneurial leaders is relatively high,and the difference is small.From the descriptive statistical analysis of various research variables,it is found that the mean value of concise constraints is the highest in all dimensions,indicating that entrepreneurial leaders play a more obvious role in concise constraints,while in establishing commitments,the mean value is lower.It shows that entrepreneurial leaders do not set up a good team work,explore the value of employees,establish the identity of employees to the organization,and the overall average value of emotional ability is higher.It shows that entrepreneurial leaders have a good grasp of their own positive emotions,can encourage themselves.Second,entrepreneurial leadership has a significant positive impact on entrepreneurial performance.Except for the fact that establishing commitment has no significant influence on financial performance,buffering uncertainty,clarifying path and concise constraint have significant positive effects on financial performance and growth performance,and establishment commitment also has significant influence on growth performance.Among them,clarifying path and establishing commitment have great influence on financial performance and growth performance respectively,the coefficients are 0.288 and 0.331 respectively,which indicates that clarifying path has relatively greater impact on entrepreneurial performance in four dimensions of entrepreneurial leadership.Third,emotional intelligence plays an intermediary role in entrepreneurialleadership and entrepreneurial performance.After adding the intermediary variables of emotional intelligence,the regression coefficient of entrepreneurial leaders to entrepreneurial performance decreased from 0.751 to 0.495,but still reached a significant level.Therefore,emotional intelligence plays an intermediary role in entrepreneurial leadership's influence on entrepreneurial performance.Through the analysis of each dimension of emotional intelligence,it is concluded that the evaluation and expression ability of self-emotion has no intermediary role in the influence of entrepreneurial leadership on growth performance.Self feeling The ability of thread management,the ability of emotion application and the ability to identify and evaluate the emotion of others all play an intermediary role in entrepreneurial leadership,financial performance and growth performance.Finally,combined with the research purpose and conclusion of this paper,the paper puts forward the management enlightenment of entrepreneurial leadership and emotional intelligence training,which is information-oriented,strengthening
