The Relationship Research Between Entrepreneurial Leadership Behavior With Entrepreneurial Performance

Entrepreneurial leadership behavior refers to the enterprise organization ofentrepreneurial leadership characteristics of a series of leadership behavior. As part ofthe dynamic of the market economy, enterprises have been bearing the mission ofreflect the rise and fall of competition in the industry. Related research ofEntrepreneurial leadership behavior should be something inherent in the concept ofeconomic management. In this study, based on a relatively rich literature research,conception framework is put forward, and analysis verification in the subsequentempirical research. in the point of organizational learning and entrepreneurialopportunity identification, Around entrepreneurial leadership behavior andperformance of the business relationship between preliminary study conceptionframework is put forward, and verified in the subsequent empirical analysis.Through the questionnaire survey, statistical analysis concluded the relationmodel and related assumptions that this study has put forward to Specific researchresults are as following:(1) the overall research model including Entrepreneurialleadership behavior, Entrepreneurial performance, Organizational learning,Entrepreneurial opportunity identification.has good fitting.(2) Organizationallearning plays a role of partially intermediary between Entrepreneurial leadershipbehavior and entrepreneurial performance;(3) Entrepreneurial opportunityidentification plays a role of partially intermediary between Entrepreneurialleadership behavior and entrepreneurial performance.Finally, this study based on the above conclusions are discussed, put forward onhow to enhance the level of entrepreneurial leadership behavior of severalenlightenment, and according to the research put forward the future research prospects.Riching in entrepreneurship research, and provide certain guiding significance to theenterprise management practice.
