Research On Intellectual Capital Measurement Of Core Enterprises In Supply Chain

The modern supply chain was first proposed in the 19^th National Congress,reflecting the high importance of the party and the state to the supply chain.To accelerate the innovation of supply chain and build a modern supply chain,promote new circulation,the new development,and accelerate the transformation and upgrade China's industry,promote the new China's economic development,deepen structural reforms to the supply side,promote the construction of modern economic system.China's economy is in the process of rapid transformation and development,and the development of supply chain has entered an era of innovation.Today is the era of knowledge economy,which plays a key role in the formation of core competitiveness and long-term stable market com-petition.The supply chain enterprise should grasp the current excellent development opportunity period,and in the market,it must pay attention to the cultivation of intellectual capital management and application.The problem that China's supply chain enterprises still face is how to manage intellectual capital efficiently to improve and maintain the competitiveness and market dominance of enterprises.Therefore,the research on the evaluation of intellectual capital in the core enterprise of China's supply chain is an extension of the theory of intellectual capital,which provides a broader idea for the construction of modern supply chain.This paper theoretically analyzes the intellectual capital at home and abroad related theory research and development,intellectual capital development,intellectual capital in our country development present situation and characteristics of supply chain enterprise,on the basis of preliminary screening of supply chain enterprise intellectual capital measurement,and through the method of Rough Set Approach for further screening.Through the collection of annual report data of supply chain enterprises,the factor analysis method is used to deal with the data.To establish a scientific evaluation index system of supply chain enterprise intellectual capital measurement,for managers can clearly grasp the status of the enterprise intellectual capital in time,and to take appropriate measures to the rectification and improve,scientific and efficient management of intellectual capital development,in a new era of modern supply chain innovation and development to grasp the good development opportunity.
