Research On Collaborative Management Of Supply Chain Finance Based On E-commerce Enterprises

With the rapid pace of the internet in China,the development of E-commerce in China and the financing needs of small and medium-sized enterprises are also increasing,and the supply chain financial system based on China's electric business platform has come into being.The development of the financing mode of the supply chain finance of the online power supplier not only solves the difficult situation of SME financing,but also improves the performance level,the efficiency of capital flow and information flow of the whole supply chain synergy management.Firstly,this paper discusses the related concepts and basic theories of supply chain finance and collaborative management.Then,according to the different participants,this paper analyzes the different kinds of financing mode flow of supply chain finance from the practical point of view,mainly including: Order agent financing mode,Accounts receivable financing mode and principal-agent financing mode.Through the research of the principal-agent financing model,it is found that the development of the supply chain financial cooperation management by the electric business enterprises through the self-construction financial system may help to solve the financing difficulties of SMEs,so the theoretical contrastive analysis and research is carried out.By using the theory of systematic analysis method to compare the traditional two-yuan principal-agent and the electric business enterprise to develop supply chain Finance cooperative principal-agent two kinds of different financing modes,the result proves that the development of supply chain financial cooperative management by the electric business enterprise has more excellent realistic feasibility.After analyzing the theoretical feasibility of the development of the supply chain finance synergy Management in the electric business enterprise,this paper,from the practical point of view,uses the method of multivariate regression to analyze the synergy of the supply chain finance case in Beijing-east.The detailed analysis steps are as follows: From the perspective of the development of supply chain finance,the paper divides two supply chain financial performance evaluation variables,which is the independent variable in the multivariate regression analysis equation.From the content of supply chain financial Collaborative management,the paper divides the five cooperative Management performance indicators of resource synergy,technology synergy,management Synergy,information synergy and risk synergy,and then each index has its own financial performance evaluation variables,which is used as the dependent variable in multivariate regression analysis equation.According to the regression of the different dependent variables by the same independent variable,JDsupply chain finance has mainly realized the influence of resource synergy,technology synergy,information synergy and risk synergy.Finally,this paper puts forward some suggestions and countermeasures on the development of supply chain financial cooperation management based on the three angles of technology,enterprise and government.
