With the acceleration of international economic development,the international division of labor in China is changing at the same time,and the status of international division of labor is gradually improving.This article will analyze the essence and interaction mechanism from two aspects,the improvement of local demand and the change of the international division of labor.The analysis of local demand focuses on the demand for local intermediate goods and local final products.The grasp of the status of international division of labor focuses on measuring the value added of exports.The conclusion is that the promotion of domestic intermediate goods and local final products will promote the promotion of the international division of labor in China,and the promotion of local intermediate goods will be more effective in promoting the increase of China's export value added and the international division of labor,compared to the demand for local final products.The increase of China's local intermediate input has 0.77% impact on the export value added,and the expansion of the local final product has 0.15% impact on the export value added.At the same time,the proportion of capital and labor in each industry,the labor input of each industry,and the input price of intermediate goods used in the production of each industry are 0.16%,0.18% and 0.66% respectively.On the impact mechanism,local demand increases through the cost advantage effect,supply chain effect and technological innovation effect to form positive impact on export value added.Local demand promotion can promote the agglomeration of factors at home,more effectively promote the improvement of local supply chain network,and further form the scale economy and spillover effect of intermediate product production.At the same time,the domestic enterprises better grasp the domestic consumer preferences and changes,can better meet the local needs,and make full use of the large domestic market scale to promote the formation of technical advantages,and promote the production and export of manufactured goods in the domestic increase in value.The innovation of the article is to focus on the impact and mechanism of local demand on China's international division of labor.The upgrading of local demand covers two factors: the demand for intermediate goods and the consumption demand.In calculating the status of international division of labor,we use the latest international input output analysis to calculate the value added value of exports.At the same time,from the two aspects of qualitative and quantitative analysis,the relationship between the two is analyzed.
