Research On The Evaluation Of Beijing Tianjin Hebei City Logistics Competitiveness

With the integration of the global economy and the advancement of modern science in China,the logistics industry has been seen as an arterial and basic industry for the development of a country's national economy,Its level of development is an element that reflects the comprehensive national strength of a country and the degree of modernization of a city,is also regarded as a "accelerator" of economic development.As an important carrier and key node for the development of the logistics industry,the city is a concentrated reflection of the development level and comprehensive strength of the city's logistics industry.Therefore,urban logistics as a kind of special modern logistics,its competitiveness is one of the symbols of urban economic development,to further promote the development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei urban logistics from the policy level,and establish an evaluation index system.Evaluating the level of competitiveness has become an urgent issue to be studied and has important practical significance.Firstly,this article summarizes the domestic and foreign research status of regional logistics and urban logistics,and then introduces the concepts related to urban logistics and it's competitiveness.Secondly,basing on Porter's "Diamond" model,the author analyzes the development status of the city's logistics industry and its competitive factors.Through the analysis of indicator discrimination and correlation analysis again,the final evaluation index system was determined,and then the ranking method of cloud-based probability advantage relations was proposed based on the relationship between cloud model and probability advantages.Finally,based on the evaluation of index system and evaluation methods,a comprehensive evaluation of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei city's logistics competitiveness was conducted and corresponding countermeasures were proposed.Through this study,we have a more in-depth and objective understanding of the logistics competitiveness of cities in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei and provide a certain reference value for the development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei logistics industry.
