A Evaluation On The Urban Intensive Use In Beijing,Tianjin And Hebei

The urban land is the carrier of urban population and a variety of economic factors,which is the basis of urban function and plays an irreplaceable role in the process of urban development.In the context of urbanization's level continuously improving,that the urban land stock has decreased radically is difficult to meet the growing demand for urban construction land.It will inevitably require us to take the road to save and intensive using land.Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei is one of the most active economic regions in North China.It plays an important role in China's socio-economic development.It is beneficial to comprehensively grasp the land use situation of urban areas,which can further improve on land using efficiency and promote the sustainable use of urban land.Based on the analysis of the connotation of urban land intensive use and related theories,this paper makes a comprehensive quantitative evaluation of the intensive use of Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei,which combines with the land statistical data,social economic data and land use status of Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei.Using the global principal component analysis method(GPCA)simplifies the multidimensional data,the main influencing factors of urban land intensive use has been extracted from 2005 to 2014,And More analyzing the urban land intensive use level by using the evaluation index system of intensive land use in Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei.What's more,the countermeasures and suggestions for improving the intensive utilization level of urban land are put forward.The results are as follows:1?In 2005-2014,the evaluation level of urban land use showed an upward trend,with the largest increase in 2010.In this time interval,the minimum fluctuation of land intensive level is Zhangjiakou City;the minimum increase of urban land intensive use of in the score is Chengde City of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei cities.2?The influencing factors of intensive urban land use in Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei have prominent city characteristics,such as Baoding,Handan,Tangshan which has an strong industrial foundation city,the industrial driving force of main influencing factors state value is better,Such as Qinhuangdao,Zhangjiakou which is rich in tourism resources,the value of environmental construction factors is the major factor.But overall,economic factors play a significant role to enhance the intensive land use.3?In this paper,the intensive use level of urban land is divided into four categories;To let 2014's analysis results as an example,the intensive use of land of Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei have got marked increase,which can be divided into three categories: Beijing,Tianjin belong to the intensive use;Zhangjiakou,Chengde are the mild extensive use;The remaining cities of Hebei the mild intensive use.4 ?
