In recent years,Rural Commercial Bank which consists of rural credit cooperatives is playing a more and more important role in the aspects of agricultural development,which increase employment and maintain social harmony and stability.The financial industries including the banks are facing huge pressures of competition,especially under the background of the current domestic economy downward pressure and continued economic downturn abroad.In the face of fierce competition environment,it is more important for rural commercial banks to improve their strength by training bank tellers and improve their ability,for enhancing soft power and core competitiveness.It has been an important issue for rural commercial banks to improve the level and effect.On the principle of problem oriented,this paper studies theories which could deepen the related research,solve related problems,and help the banks to carry out teller training well.This paper studies related theory,carry on the investigation on the teller training condition of the “S” rural commercial bank,analyzes the existing problems,and puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.On the principle of problem oriented,this paper studies related theories systematically.From the banking business' s professionalism and particularity of training,this paper studies the contents and methods of bank teller training.Through further empirical research,this paper carries on the investigation on the teller training condition of the “S” rural commercial bank.From the aspect of organizational structure,methods,contents,evaluation mechanism,this paper also analyzes the existing problems scientifically,and puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.This paper insists that it is necessary to integrate the training work of bank teller and change the marginal status of training work.It is important to improve the training system,explore and refine training needs,optimize training plans,refine training procedures,and assess the training effect scientifically.It is also essential to strengthen the implementation of the training system,raise the investment of human resource and property,establish and improve the training mechanism,optimize the training environment,and plan the career of employees scientifically.This paper also looks forward to the future of teller training work of ”S” bank,and finally puts forward the proposal and further assumption for deepening the theoretical research.
