Research On The Problems And Countermeasures Of County-level Governments Serving Non-public Enterprises

To establish a “service type government” is the main direction of transformation of governmental funvtions in China.The service of the government to the enterprise is an important part of building a service type government.The non-public economy is an important part of our socialist market economy,and is also an indispensable part in the national economy.The local government,paticularly in the county-level city,undertakes great responsibility on the construction of public service-oriented government,the innovation on former economy administration and satisfaction of citizens and enterprises.This paper selects the Laixi government to provide non-public enterprise services within the region as the research foundation,through questionnaires and other forms,the investigation and analysis of 600 non-public enterprises in Laixi to the government service satisfaction,found that the municipal government County Service for non-public enterprises in the work of the role is not clear,the problems of offside,dislocation,vacancy phenomenon department,the function of setting unreasonable,service ability of non-public enterprises lack of service,according to these problems put forward the transformation of government functions,improve the service enterprise service enterprise mechanism,improve the service ability of business advice,and proved the feasibility of establishment of County-level City non-public economic service center this special enterprise service department.
