Human resources are the strategic resources of modern enterprises.Employees are the most basic source of enterprise development,this is particularly significant in the service industry.The management of service workers is also particularly important.The traditional classic incentive model only reveals the general rules of organizational motivation,does not give specific operation norms,and it is weak to elaborate the system from the perspective of employees.There is still a black box between organizational motivation and staff needs.It is particularly necessary to show the operation mechanism of its core.This paper through the literature review,the Haidilao Hotpot as a case study,through a variety of ways to collect data,the use of grounded theory to encode the data analysis,and ultimately extracted 63 concepts,28 sub-areas,7 main areas,concluded that elements of the dynamic mechanism of the Hidilao's staff,and ultimately extract the micro level employee motivation mechanism model.The research results show that the micro structure of the dynamic mechanism is driven by three core elements,interest drive,power,responsibility,and the three relation elements of organizational guidance,restraint mechanism,promise cashing,and a field element of cultural field.These seven parts,which are the process of continuous action and continuous optimization of the elements of each component.The dynamic closed-loop mechanism is formed by proper allocation and all links are affected by the cultural field.The results of this study come from the practice of enterprises,and have some inspiration for the organization incentive of traditional service,and also provide a micro perspective and systematic mechanism for the field of motivation.
