China is a large agricultural country, but not a strong agricultural country.Agricultural specialization and industrialization needs the support of rural finance. However, the effective supply of the formal financial system in rural areas is insufficient, thus, farmers' credit demand is not fully satisfied. The development of Chinese rural cooperative finance has decades of history, and experiences a variety of forms, having a contribution to rural economy. However,it is far away from the cooperative principle due to various reasons, resulting in alienation or failure. In the Third Plenary Session of the 17 th CPC Central Committee, the Party pointed out that qualified farmers' cooperatives are allowed to carry out credit cooperation. In this paper, the case that farmers' cooperatives with built-in financial function is such a new type of agricultural economic cooperation organization.Applying the first-hand detailed data obtained from field investigations, the author analyzes the case mainly from the microeconomic point of view.As an organic unity of production cooperation, cooperation of purchase or sale, and cooperative credit functions, farmers' cooperatives with built-in financial function has a significant role in reducing transaction costs, promoting the integration of industrial chain and industrial chain financing, land transferring and mutual aid pension. The author further discusses the formation mechanism of these derivative functions, and then analyzes its comparative advantages comparing with traditional farmers' cooperatives and rural financial cooperatives. As comprehensive cooperatives, the case take the "one village one cooperative" form, and it not only meets the diverse needs of farmers, but its operating costs also is lower compared to other rural financial cooperative organizations. This paper tries to make a deep understanding of the important features of the built-in financial pattern of farmers' professional cooperatives, hoping that readers have a comprehensive grasp of it.Of course, this pattern still needs time test, but it is no doubt that it suits for the future development of agriculture in China.
