Under The Background Of The Belt And Road,A Evaluation On The Infrastructure Of The Five Countries Of Central Asia And The Relevant Cooperative Route

Infrastructure construction is a country's economic take-off and long-term stability of the development of an important prerequisite and the main driving force over the past 30 years to create a long-term high-speed economic development miracle,largely benefited from the rapid development of infrastructure investment.World Bank statistics show that an increase of 10% of the regional infrastructure into the scale,will increase the regional economic growth rate of 1%.The development of infrastructure development in Central Asia through infrastructure cooperation is the priority development of the "One Way" initiative in Central Asia and the main attraction of the "One Way" initiative to the five East Asian countries.Based on the above realistic background,this paper makes a evaluation and empirical study on the infrastructure construction of the five Central Asian countries from the perspective of the construction of the Silk Road economic belt,and puts forward the feasible countermeasures for the cooperation between China and the Central Asian countries.The first chapter of this paper summarizes the background and significance of the topic,literature review,research ideas and logical framework and innovation and shortcomings;the second chapter discusses the theoretical basis,including the relevant year to define and a number of major related theory;The third chapter is a comparative analysis of the level of infrastructure construction at all levels in Central Asia,covering anatomical comparison of rail transport,power facilities,air transport,communications and Internet facilities and infrastructure-related resource conditions;The quantitative measurement of the overall level of infrastructure construction in the five countries of Central Asia,the central region of the Silk Road economy in Central Asia as a reference,through the principal component analysis method for a series of infrastructure index data to reduce the final reduction of the final measurement results,and puts forward specific cooperation countermeasures and corresponding policy suggestions after the investigation of the cooperation situation and the comparative advantage of our country.
