Under the new economic normal,institutional change,structural optimization and factor upgrading are the new driving forces for China's economic development.Hefei also with era pace,vigorously develop public infrastructure construction,especially in the subway,started construction of the subway project,for the first time in hefei and H company undertake the project of using PPP mode of cooperation for the first time,brought great challenges to the H company,for in-depth and understood model,while the company also class unit in engineering construction,but the orbit transportation construction also is the first time,lack of relevant experience is,for the risk control is weak,the company may also undertake more after the mode of the project,so for the company's risk management system is put forward higher requirements.In recent years,as the promoting and application of PPP model in our country,reduce the financial burden for the government at the same time also opened up a diverse financing channels,and through the risk-sharing,benefit sharing to realize the rapid development of the public infrastructure,but there are still a lot of risk for H company,in the aspect of risk management in China started late,the theory research is mainly focused on the economy macro risk assessment and environmental risk assessment,project risk management,though a start has been gradually used in a large project,but the PPP mode of engineering project risk research is still in the stage of a blank in our company.In engineering risk identification,evaluation and control,there are still deficiencies.In this paper,the project management body of knowledge in the study of the PPP mode,targeted 30 port station of hefei rail transit line 2 project construction and management of risk research,mainly done the following work: first,30 port station of hefei city rail line 2 project risk identification,and has carried on the quantitative analysis on the basis of the evaluation,according to the results of the assessment of the risk the corresponding countermeasures and Suggestions are given,the project smoothly push has played a positive role.Second,H companies after the disclosure,in the design under the author suggests to pay attention to the scope of the project risk management,under the condition of fully understand the design intent,a several times communication with party a to coordinate,fully grasp the scope of the project,reduce the risk of the project scope change.Third,to improve the rail line 2 station 30 port project management personnel management and technology level,in the author's suggestion to participate in the three port station project construction personnel launched several pertinent management,technical and legal training,enhances the team overall quality,reduced the risk of additional personnel business level.Based on PPP mode and the basic theory of risk management of metro line 2 in hefei thirty port station project,risk management knowledge,the methods of expert investigation method,analytic hierarchy process(ahp)to 30 port station in risk identification,qualitative risk management factors of quantitative analysis,through the three port station data collection of the project,and by establishing a model to evaluate the project,finally,the classified assessment of risk factors,to the specific risks to take corresponding control measures,30 port station for H company project management team and the company to provide reference and basis for decision makers.
