Since China's reform and opening up,rural land transfer has been to strengthen.However,the sluggish marketization process of land tranfer which caused sizable unused and poorly exploited land,have become a widespread phenomenon.Though it has long been an offline land transfer pattern,the new Internet platform has been emerging in 2009,The pattern "Internet + of farmland transfer" has provided a new opportunity to the realization of rational land allocation,which makes up for plenty of drawbacks in the old platform and for the low acceptance,the utilization rate problems.Guizhou province,a very backward province in China,has become a pioneer model demonstration of the land reform,and the proponent of big data strategy.The issuing strategies are of great significance to study the research on the Internet platform of rural land transfer.Based on this,this paper makes an in-depth discussion and research.Based on the theory of asymmetric information,network economy and transaction cost combining with background of China's national conditions,we deeply analyze the formation mechanism of a network platform called ‘Tuliu.com'.The contents include the quantity of land sales,profit model,and the development trend.The result fully indicates that the development of land Internet platforms and the new trend.In addition,we use the field survey data conducted in Huaxi.an urban district of Guizhou,showing the comparative analysis of influencing factors how farmers choose offline or online services by the Logistic model.The results show that the matching service,cognition and the special living skills index shows a significant impact in both occasions.Based on the research conclusion,we conclude that the competitive platform which widely been advertised and designed would ensure their sound development of the Internet platform and the efficiency of land transfer,which both further provide theoretical bases for the land system reform in China.
