With the continuous development of China's great power strategy,and the rapid growth of social economy,the fair distribution of income is also highlighted.The rational allocation of income is to maintain social stability and harmony of the most sufficient motive force is related to social equity.Therefore,the larger wage gap has become the focus of the community.The epitome of this social phenomenon is the gap between the salary of internal executives and ordinary employees.Senior executives and ordinary employees belong to two levels of people.To a large extent,ordinary employees are forced to receive,So,the incentive effect of remuneration is also different,and different pay levels resulting in the staff behavior is also different,and the impact on corporate performance is also different.The two-sided problem of the pay gap is the promotion or inhibition of the efficiency of the ordinary employees,which is mainly caused by the unfairness of the salary distribution,and it promotes the function of the salary management of the enterprise.At present,there are few researches on the pay stickiness gap and influence analysis between senior executives and ordinary employees.This paper,based on existing research,first of all related theories were analyzed,and then the paper selects 2011--2015 manufacturing enterprises in China in Shanghai and Shenzhen as samples,the empirical validation of the performance and sensitivity of the pay gap between executives and ordinary employees pay gap exists different performance levels sticky characteristics under;The paper tested the executives and staff of the pay gap and will tack the efficiency of the general staff of the incentive effects for optimizing compensation mechanism,It reforms of the income distribution structure,improves employee satisfaction and improves business performance.The study has an important meaning,It could batter conducive to China's economic development.The conclusion of the study shows that the manufacturing enterprise salary gap viscous characteristics listed;It will have compensation stickness gapincentive effect to employee productivity,and it is also found that only has a positive incentive effect to the employees in the sticky hours.With compensation stickiness the greater the gap,will weaken the positive incentive effect;It is also found in a certain range of compensation gap in the gap between the role of positive incentive compensation stickiness effect on the pay gap.
