With the rapid development of the information technology and the continuous improvement of the Internet infrastructure, the demands of users in the online community are becoming more and more diverse. The increasingly personalized user demands have put forward new challenges to the inherent mode of the online community.Online support community is a new online community based on Internet. It provides a platform for users to exchange help. The online support community can effectively reduce the time and money costs for users to seek help.It can meet the users' personalized needs.Due to its privacy and convenience, online support communities are quickly recognized by users. The online support community is a social entity composed of users and their interpersonal relationships. Therefore, the development of the community greatly depends on users' knowledge sharing behavior.Effective knowledge sharing in the community can attract more people to participate in the community and keep the community active while expanding the influence of the online support community. Therefore, knowledge sharing is the key factor for the long-term and stable development of the community in support of the community. Therefore,it is particularly important to explore the online knowledge sharing behavior in the community. This study chooses women in the online community as the object, and from the perspective of social support to explore the influence factors of women's knowledge sharing behavior in online support community.Meanwhile, this study introduces the subjective well-being as mediator, and the marital status as moderator. This paper selects the typical online support community-MeetYou as the research platform. It obtains 320 valid data through questionnaire survey. It uses SPSS and SmartPLS to do the reliability analysis and validity analysis. Then,it tests the paths of the model, and finally verifies the proposed hypothesis. The results show that:(1)subjective well-being has a positive impact on the women's knowledge sharing behavior in the online support community;(2)esteem support, network support and tangible support have positive impact on the subjective well-being of women in the community;(3)subjective well-being has mediating role on the relationship between esteem support/network support and knowledge sharing.(4)marital status plays a moderating role in the relationship between tangible support and subjective well-being.This study supplements the deficiencies of the existing literature on the study of women's knowledge sharing behavior in the online support community, enriches and supplements the relevant theoretical system to a certain extent. At the same time, this study complements the empirical research on the information system of the related behavioral science, and makes a theoretical supplement to the related research in this field. In application, this study will help to understand the influence factors of women's knowledge sharing behavior in online support community, promote knowledge cooperation and communication among users, and provide management advice to help the platform builders,in order to promote the sustainable development of the online support community.
