| Today, In the Internet era of rapid iteration and self revolutionin, any units and organizations are thinking about how to improve their speed of adaptation to cope with this situation.In this environment, entrepreneurs find only rely on the knowledge to cope with a rapidly changing environment.In order to make the role of knowledge and create value for the enterprise, you need to realize knowledge sharing, make individual knowledge rise for organizational knowledge. However, knowledge sharing not occur spontaneously, depending on the willingness to share knowledge holders. Therefore,how to establish appropriate organizational incentives to encourage employees to share knowledge has become the most important issue of knowledge management and more enterprises have to face.The current research focus on the organization’s objective environment influence on knowledge sharing, but from the perspective of social psychology, the research of perceived organizational support on knowledge sharing behavior is less. In addition, due to individual differences, for the same organization incentive, different category performance will vary.Under this background, the thesis attempts to use knowledge sharing motivation as intermediary variables, combined with the social exchange theory, focus on perceived organizational support the influence mechanism of employee knowledge sharing behavior; At the same time, in this paper, face-needs to be used as personality psychological characteristics variables,tests the moderating roles of face need.On the basis of reviewing related literature, the paper puts forward the corresponding concept model and research hypothesis; And through empirical test, drawing the following conclusions:(1)Organizational support has a significant positive impact on employees’ knowledge sharing behavior;Work support, value recognition and interest have significant positive impact on employee knowledge sharing behavior.(2)Knowledge Sharing Motivation acts as a part mediator between Organizational support and employees ’knowledge sharing behavior.(3)Desire to Gain Face plays a reinforcement role in the relationship between Organizational support and Knowledge Sharing Motivation;Fear of Losing Face plays a interference role in the relationship between Organizational support and Knowledge Sharing Motivation.Overall, this study in a certain extent identified types of employees,also provides anew perspective for the enterprise’ knowledge management,enables managers to take targeted measures to promote knowledge sharing between individuals, thereby laying the foundation for the creation of enterprise value. |
