Research On The Community Impact Of Rural Tourism Destination Governance Mechanism

With the development of rural tourism,the problems of rural tourism are emerging.Rural tourism destination is the basis and platform of rural tourism development,and the development of rural tourism is closely related to rural tourism destination.Therefore,it is necessary to attach great importance to the governance of rural tourism destinations,and establish reasonable mechanism of rural tourism destination.The core of governance lies in the pluralism of subjects in public affairs and the cooperation mechanism between multiple subjects.Rural tourism destination will inevitably impact on tourism destination community governance mechanism,but how to evaluate the impact on the community governance mechanism,the rural tourism destination to form is helpful to promote community participation in rural tourism destination management,and promote the development of rural tourism.This paper points out the research background,the current situation of the development of rural tourism and rural tourism destinations,overview of relevant theories,including stakeholder theory,community participation,residents’ perception theory,tourism management evaluation and so on.Then combed the domestic and foreign literature review,this study found that in governance mechanism of rural tourism destinations,the abroad has already formed the abundant research theory and achievement,but in China,this study is less,there are a lot of research gaps and opportunities.In view of this,this paper takes two typical of the yi nationality village in yunnan--city village,and yi(WuKeShu village)as a case to the plant,the tourist village governance mechanism has initially formed the rural tourism destination.Based on the perception perspective of the community residents,the author constructs the community influence index system of the governance mechanism of the residents’ perception perspective,and conducts the empirical research.The index system consists of five dimensions and 15 indicators.The five dimensions are: economic development,social culture,community environment,community participation and community harmony;15 indicators project are: economic income,employment,public welfare,protection and inheritance of national culture,education and training,the destination profile,noise,traffic congestion,environmental protection consciousness,community residents say,participation,suggest effectiveness,unity,community communication,the gap between rich and poor.Then the empirical analysis was carried out,and SPSS statistical software was used to analyze the collected data to find out the different factors.Finally,the conclusion is concluded and relevant Suggestions are put forward to the destination governance mechanism with a view to the sustainable development of rural tourism destinations.
