The Composition And Improvement Of The Cross-border E-commerce's Ecosystem Based On The Case Of Changsha(Jinxia)

In the context of economic globalization and informatization,cross-border trade e-commerce with its intelligent,digital features greatly simplifies the process of traditional trade,as far as possible to reduce the transaction threshold and reduces the transaction of the intermediate links,make domestic and foreig n manufacturers and consumers at home and abroad to shorten the distance between them so as to greatly reduce the transaction costs in international trade.In recent years,cross-border electricity industry get more and more attention and support from the government level,cross-border electricity service pilot cities,comprehensive experimental zone pilot reform policies related to cross-border e-commerce launched,the current cross-border e-commerce industry in our country has been showing a strong development momentum.Changsha was approved to be a pilot city of cross-border e-commerce service in 2014,but its cross-border e-commerce import and export volume is small,and it is far smaller than other typical pilot cities in China.The core work of this pa per is to analyze the development ecology of the cross-border e-commerce in Changsha,Hunan province,aiming at solving the bottleneck of Changsha's cross-border e-commerce.At first,this article combs and summarizes the industrial ecosystem and cross-border e-commerce ecosystem theory,and then carried on detailed and in-depth introduction of the basic constituent elements of the cross-border e-commerce ecosystem.Meantime,we narrate the related aspects of the overall development of our country,and then build the basic concept of cross-border electricity business ecosystem model as well as demonstrating the inner cycle mechanism.Next,through an investigation,we went deep into the Changsha(Jinxia)cross-border e-commerce industrial park to understand the development status of relevant micro-subjects and analyze the ecological system of Changsha(Jinxia)cross-border e-commerce industrial park.Then,this article analyzes Changsha's cross-border e-commerce ecological development course,and compare Changsha with Hangzhou,Guangzhou,Zhengzhou,the three typical domestic cross-border e-commerce pilot cities' cross-border e-commerce industrial ecology from the macro level.It is concluded that the domestic cross-border electricity business development experience for Changsha.In this paper,it is found that there are three major problems facing the development of cross-border e-commerce in Changsha,which are the policy constraints,insufficient logistics channels,and weak power of local cross-border e-commerce enterprises.Finally,based on the above analysis,this paper gives the countermeasures to promote the development of cross-border e-commerce in Changsha :(1)to report the cross-border e-commerce comprehensive test area,and to develop various modes of cross-border e-commerce import and export;(2)solve the logistics bottleneck through multiple channels and expand the logistics channel;(3)carrying out cross-border e-commerce talents and enterprises incubation & training projects;(4)accelerate the construction of information sharing and the regulatory statistics system covering the whole cross-border e-commerce industrial ecosystem.
