This issue deserves further exploration.Therefore,this paper takes the GOME O2 O model as the background,and comprehensively and deeply analyzes the impact mechanism of the new Internet retail enterprise transformation on the corporate working capital management.Firstly,establish the performance of working capital management as the core,and use the profitability,liquidity,and risk three-dimensional analysis framework of working capital management.Afterwards,based on the use of three-dimensional framework,using the methods of factor management and channel management,combining the characteristics of retail enterprises,select specific indicators to compose the evaluation indicators of working capital management under the O2 O model,and use the analytic hierarchy process to determine the weight of each indicator,and finally calculate GOME and Suning commerce group's working capital management performance scores were analyzed in light of GOME's operating fund management situation in the past five years,and found that the problems existed in the management of working capital of GOME in the process of transformation.Corresponding management recommendations.
