In recent years,the retail industry face problems such as slow recovery of consumption,channel competition,to achieve new development,the retail industry to speed up the transformation of exploration,more and more brick-and-mortar retailers have started online channels through the 020 transformation of all attempts.The transformation of business model involves a wide range of operations,and the management of working capital is an important issue that cannot be ignored in the transformation process.It directly affects the capital status of enterprises and the transformation of enterprises.Therefore,it is very necessary for enterprises to study the working capital management in the process of business model transformation.The thesis is to provide some reference to the working capital management of Su Ning and other retail enterprises in the process of 020 transformation.This thesis adopts case study method to analyze the effect of 020 transformation on working capital management.First of all,from the background of the 020 transformation of Su Ning,summarized the relevant literatures of working capital management and 020 model,and analyzed the relevant theoretical basis.Secondly,Analysis of retail enterprises 020 transformation initiatives from what respect affect the working capital of the enterprise,namely the 020 perspective transformation based on channel is how to affect purchasing channels,marketing channels,the financing channels,and working capital operation based on perspective is how to influence factors of enterprise's inventory,accounts receivable,accounts payable,in turn,affects the performance of the enterprise working capital turnover.As a contrast enterprise,GOME has been studied the influence of the transformation on the working capital,and the change of the working capital strategy before and after the transformation.At the same time,based on the perspective of channel management,analyzing the working capital management performance of the two companies from the three aspects of procurement channel,marketing channel and finance channel respectively.And based on the traditional factor perspective,from the three elements of inventory,accounts receivable and accounts payable turnover period of research of working capital management performance before and after the transformation,it is concluded that the total working capital management performance improved.Finally,the thesis summarizes the problems in the two enterprises' 020 transformation,mainly there is too radical fund-raising policy,taking up the risk of increased supplier funds and other issues,and puts forward corresponding Suggestions.
