Study On Development Status And Countermeasures Of Wheat Seed Industry In Henan Province

During the 12 th five-year plan period,China's wheat planting area increased year by year,accounting for 14.77% of the total annual crop planting area and 21.67% of the planting area of grain crops in China.Much starker choices-and graver consequences-in planning in the first year of 2016,our country wheat planting area of24.187 million hectares,accounting for 14.5% of the total planting area of 166.65 million hectares of crops,accounted for 21.4% of the national food crops planting area of 113.034 million hectares,wheat production accounted for 20.9% of the food production,and a lot of people in our country and the wheat processing finished products as their main food.Over the years,the planting area and yield of wheat in Henan has been the first in China,which has made great contribution to China's food security.Wheat planting area in Henan in 2016 accounted for 22.6% of the national wheat planting area accounts for 26.9%,wheat production,wheat yield is the yield of 1.19 times,each item in the national first place,all of these show the wheat production in Henan occupies an important position in the country."Henan is ripe,the world is sufficient",say is this point.The consolidation and development of the Henan wheat industry is of great significance to the development of Henan and the national economy.Henan province is the first populous province and the first agricultural province of China.At the end of 2016,the total population of the whole province was10788.14 million,with a permanent population of 9532.42 million.By the end of2016,the total grain planting area in the province increased by 0.2 percent from 2015 to 10,286.15 thousand hectares,and the annual grain output was 5946.6 million tons,down 2.0% from the previous year.Henan most of the country's largest wheat-growing areas,the development of wheat seed industry development needs,is more responsibility,this paper USES literature method,experience,analysis method combined with the theory of industry economics and framework,an overview of the development of seed industry in China,Henan wheat development course and present situation analysis,find out the existingproblems of Henan's seed industry development,combining with the United States and Japan both China's seed industry development experience,and puts forward to the thinking and countermeasures of targeted seed industry development in Henan province.The author thinks that,at present the international seed industry market value continues to grow,seed industry monopoly,strong agricultural enterprise merger and reorganization will redefine the industry pattern,the success among the global agrochemical industry in China the first echelon,gene editing technology will become the focus of the next generation of agricultural biotechnology.The national hybrid wheat project(Dengzhou)industrialization base was started in Henan,which reflects the important position of wheat seed industry development in Henan province in China.Henan must follow the trend of The Times,keep up with the pace of the Internet + seed industry,the need to actively cultivate can quickly adapt to new things,new methods,new way of thinking of a new generation of farmers,can not be eliminated by trend.Talents are the primary productive forces.Only by implementing the strategy of strengthening talents and establishing a scientific promotion and reward mechanism can we retain talents and keep pace with the development of The Times.The government needs to guide the seeds in the province of leading enterprises and the combination of "Internet +",to carry on the transformation and upgrading,using electric business platform sales,promotion price advantage,at the same time encourage agricultural materials enterprise alliance,cooperation to enhance competitiveness.We will establish and improve laws and regulations,raise the cost of infringement and other illegal activities,and reduce illegal activities.Enterprises need to learn to make use of new media,publicize their brands,rapidly expand their popularity,regularly provide dry goods knowledge and skills sharing,increase the viscosity of fans,and prepare for sales.At the same time,it is necessary to accelerate the consolidation and reorganization of the industry and eliminate inferior seed enterprises to expand excellent seed enterprises.
