Wheat is largest foodcrops in the world, it is second to the ricecrops and more than 5000 years of cultivation histpry in our country.Wheat seed industry is an important guarantee for stable planting,rais production and improve quality.Henan Province is the largest wheat-producing areas in China,Shangqiu area seeding rate and production of wheat accounts for 10.79% of Henan Province.In the paper,based on situation wheat production of Henan in the new economic situation. Studing on the structure characteristics of Henan Province wheat varieties,analysisbof thee comparative effectivedess,the present situation of the research of whaet seed industry development,problems and countermeasures of future development about Shangqiu City,provide a reference for the wheat industry stronger and bigger for Henan Province.The concept of crops comparative effectiveness that benefit for two or more crops are compared.Therefoe,comparative effectivedess is view of the comparison target.Compared net income for different crops production of a acres of land that judge the comparatice effectiveness level.When marking economic choices from the production target compective,the level of comparative effectiveness will decide the production and decision-marking.Through the analysis of relevant data,cultivation of wheat to obtain greater economic benefits in Shangqiu City,Henan Province.This paper maily through literature method,interview method and investigation method on the comparative effectiveness of Shangqiu City of crops were analyzed.From agriculture-related departments and the seed market survey to the current status of Shangqiu City seed market development and problems.Through the analysis of the existing problems to provide a solution for the future development of seed industry Shangqiu direction.Shangqiu City has a total of 62 registered seed comparaies.There are 11 companies registered capital of 500 million or more,of which 51 registered capital of 100 million or more and Dajingjiu seed industry was rated the top 20 seed industry in Henan Province.There are about 3000 seed companies and mark three closed seed market in Shangqiu City,In the face of the current situation of seed industry development that must be rely on science and technonly.Armed with modern technonlgy that seed research,production and business units in Henan Province.To improve the grade on seed construction facilities,on the germplasm resource and breeding method for continuous innouvation.Through the research in this paper,there are some conclusions of the following:1.There are some crop rotation patterns includeing wheat-corn,whaet-bean wheat-peanut or wheat-corn,cotton,rape in Shangqiu City,Through the survey of wheat varieties and benefit,then through access to relevant literature for the benefit of other crops about Shangqiu.Through analysis can be drawn that wheat-corn to obtain greater economic benefits in Shangqiu.Wheat net profit is 13.9% higher than net profit 8.4%of corn.So the cultivation of wheat get a higher economic effiency in Shangqiu City.2. The seed market of problems has the following several aspccts in Shangqiu City.Such the operating mechamisn should be changed;the infrastructure fall behind,research and breeding is lack of investment;enterprise’s marketing strategy is single,there are more problems in the management;technology is not stable,personnel quality is low;the seed market management is poor,the quality of seed is decline.3.In this paper,aiming at the problems of seed market that put forward many countermeasures about Shangqiu City,Henan Province.We should improve laws and regulations,establish seed quality guarantee system;building scientific management system of seed market;improve the innovation ability in science and technology;speeding up the innovation of enterprise management system;enhancing capacity for the kind of security;strengting the capacity of agricultural market regulation;strengthen about “Internet+” new seeds in Shangqiu City; Shangqiu City to strengthen the construction of the main research institutes of new seed companies.
