Development Strategy Research Of Henan Tiancun Seed Industy

The seed industry is faced with a new development situation and development opportunities.It became an important mission for the seed industry enterprise in our country to keep the power of our country’s seed industry to insure national grain safety and to meet increasing material need of people’s life.In this paper,I had made an analysis of Henan Tiancun seed industry’s external development situation and made a conclusion that,at present,our seed industry is in the good opportunity because it is supported by government and in a rapid development,as well as its market is expanding.Besides,I found that Tiancun seed industry has a stronger competition in spreading good varieties,supplying high quality seeds and good brand through the analysis of our internal situation.I used SWOT matrix to analyse the external opportunities and threats as well as internal advantages and disadvantages.Then I analysed four aspects and decided to take SO strategy that has a integration of "rearing,breeding and boost".We need to permeate each other before and after the industrial chain. At the same time,it requires to make a specific execute solution.We should focus on production and supply of wheat seeds and offer matched technical services. We plan to become the largest supplier in China in a few years.According to company’s strategic orientation and goal,we determined to differ the business layer,extrude good varieties and excellent services.What’s more,we also need to resolve the function layer.We studied and established five aspects,which are commercializing breeding, research of biological technology,marketing management with technical service,management of producing high quality seeds,horizontally flattening the structure of organization and system. The implementing measures of the development strategy mainly research the achievement of short-term strategy.Because we must decompose the implementation of strategic goals.
