| Large-scale equipment,as the material support,is of great significance to educational institutions and scientific research institutes.However,this costly investment on high-technology is subject to rapid renewal and expensive maintenance and relatively low utilization rate.So it is necessary to rationalize its distribution and improve the management so as to increase the utilization rate and maximize its social benefit and avoid redundant purchase.The paper aims to explore the design and framework for Shaanxi Large-scale Equipment Coordination Network.Based on the current development in this field both at home and abroad,the theory of public service of the government and the brief introduction to the operation and existing problems with regard to the large-scale equipment,the author conducts systematic research and analysis on the how to evaluate and improve the service provided by the above mentioned website,and proposes concrete measures to be taken to address these issues.Out of the concern for the subject of this research paper,namely the service quality of Shaanxi Large-scale Equipment Coordination Network,the paper focuses on problems as related to the two parties:one refers to the government as the service provider and the other to the enterprise.The author argues that the former should ensure the accessibility of the equipment to those institutions and enterprises in need,and that the small and medium-sized enterprises should take advantage of the government service to research and develop their new products,and that the two parties are closely connected.The service quality of the network is determined by a number of factors.The author adopted such methods as the factor analysis and fuzzy theory and conducted quantitative study on the service quality of the network and makes specific suggestions on upgrading its performance. |
