| Incentive is an important part of human resources research.Whether incentives are effective or not is an important factor that directly affects whether a company’s strategic goals can be achieved.W is a network company that provides online services as its main business.The company is a leader in the industry with its wide range of services and service forms close to the needs of consumers.In just over a decade,W Company has gradually expanded from the first few dozens of people to nearly 10,000 employees across the country.The rapid expansion of the company’s scale has also caused the company to face a series of human resource management issues.This paper takes the grassroots managers of W company as the research object,conducts in-depth research on the status quo of incentives for grassroots managers,analyzes the problems and causes of W companies’ existing incentives from different incentive dimensions,and improves the design based on this.The salary incentives,promotion incentives,training incentives and other incentives of the company’s grassroots managers are finally motivated by organizational guarantees,institutional guarantees,financial guarantees,support from senior leaders,recognition by grassroots managers,timely investigation and gradual improvement late safeguards. |
