As the essential human capital of enterprises,grass-roots managers are the foundation of business operation and development.The establishment of an effective grass-roots management team plays a very important role in promoting the implementation and implementation of daily work.Enterprise training occupies an important position in the training of grass-roots managers.Grass-roots managers usually have a higher career development vision.Training to strengthen their business skills and knowledge is an important way to make them grow fast.The realization degree of the training effect affects the improvement of employees' knowledge and skills,and then affects the work performance.As a Sino foreign joint venture company,S company mainly produces and sells the third generation and the follow-up mobile communication system mobile phone,radiant video and other series of products.The management staff of the company are mainly divided into three levels,which are senior managers,middle managers and grass-roots managers,and the grassroots managers mainly include purchasing,quality,personnel,after service and other post staff.As a manufacturing company,many grass-roots managers occupy an important position in the company's production and operation activities and are the main source of action.At present,the training effect of the basic management staff of the company is low,the outstanding problem in the training process is that the training content of the first company is not consistent with the needs of the staff.The analysis reason is that the training department does not do careful training needs analysis before the training;the second selection of the internal training lecturers is not highly recognized,the reason is that the training of the internal trainers is lack of training;third The form of training is single and inflexible,the reason is the Internet age,the speed of knowledge renewal is fast,the employees get information in various ways,and the requirement of training form is also advancing with the times;fourth the human resources department ignores the behavior changes of the staff after the training,the reason is the lack of effective training evaluation system.This paper will make a thorough diagnosis of the problems existing in the training of the grass-roots managers in S company by questionnaire survey method and interview method.By studying the relevant theoretical knowledge of enterprise staff training and the related research on the development of enterprise talents,the interview data were sorted and summarized,grounded on the theory of grounded theory,and gradually encoded,so as to achieve the purpose of highly summarizing and summarizing interview materials.the questionnaire data processing is used to apply the SPSS25.0 statistical analysis software,and the mathematical statistical analysis methods,such as descriptive statistics,correlation analysis and regression analysis,are used to study the mathematical statistics and analysis methods.The correlation between training effect and achievement goal is also discussed,and the influence of training needs,training form,training teachers and training evaluation on training effect is also discussed.Regression analysis shows that there is a positive relationship between the four factors and training effect,and training demand has the greatest influence on training effect.Finally,according to the analysis,according to the analysis and study of training demand,the training methods of the internal trainers,the new training methods in the Internet age and the theory of training evaluation,the corresponding solutions are made to the problems found.It is hoped that the training work of the grass-roots managers in S company will have a positive effect,improve the work performance of the grass-roots managers,and finally promote the development and progress of the enterprises.
