In recent years,the business environment of commercial banks has undergone profound changes along with such external changes as de-leveraging of the economy,tight balance of the currency,strong financial regulation and rapid development of Internet finance.On the one hand,after the realization of interest rate marketization,with the increasing financial awareness of residents,the trend of deposit management has intensified,and the scale of traditional term deposits has dropped seriously.Banks are facing the pressure of deposit growth rate and net interest margin.On the other hand,new technologies,represented by big data,cloud computing,artificial intelligence and regional chains,are reshaping the financial landscape.Commercial banks are facing changes in the economic environment such as "cash removal,multi-credit,financial accounting,full channels,strong supervision,and major risks" and the challenges posed by financial science and technology.We must speed up the transition from "product-centered" to "customer-centered" development,return to the source of customers,consolidate traditional advantages,and integrate their own weaknesses.As the traditional "five state-owned banks" in the traditional sense,the volume of the Bank of Communications is not as good as that of "China's agro-industrial construction".The policy is not as flexible as that of joint-stock banks.Therefore,it is the first choice for the retail business sector to actively respond to the transformation of Internet finance and to "business".Attack,Avoid "sitting business" to rely on etc.to further strengthen the retail customer base and promote the transformation and development of retail business.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the development strategy of commercial bank retail business.Taking Bank of communications branch H as the research object,this paper analyzes the reality,problems and causes of the development of the retail business,and puts forward corresponding development strategies,so as to benefit the transformation and healthy development of the retail business of Bank of communications branch H.
