Company A has provding life cycle management service solution in the past 10 years.And the spares are the core of all business,which mean that adequate and timely supply of spare parts ensures continued reliability of power supply.The service station could cover 26 provicens through 10 years development.Meanwhile,their coverage of produce line enlarging and providing more spares category than ever.In this bacegroud,original storage management method dismatch current demand from market.There are top of three questions:short supply,backward supply mode,lack of management.In this thesis,the historical demand of spare parts list is sorted out by using the idea of ABC spare parts classification.Then the quantity prediction of spare parts demand is obtained by using trigonometric function prediction method.In this way,the category and quantity of the spare parts warehouse of the service station were obtained.Then,through the satisfaction evaluation model,this thesis constructed the relationship between spare parts supply quantity and customer satisfaction score.Finally,the asset management platform of the service station is introduced to improve the management level of daily process and operation process.The empirical results show that:(1)The spare parts warehouse constructed by the new method can meet most of the market demand and improve the customer satisfaction.(2)After the supply of spare parts is connected to SAP system,the workload of manual ordering can be reduced and supply can be ensured.(3)The OA management mode of the spare parts warehouse improves the management level of the spare parts warehouse and the efficiency and accuracy of the inventory.(4)The satisfaction model can specify the supply gap of spare parts,hence continuous improvement of supply could be realized.
