A Study On The Development Pattern Of Rural Leading Industry Under Inter-County Economy

At present, through the development of rural leading industry, our country's industrialization of agriculture is rapidly advancing. But there have been issues in the development of rural leading industry based on the county such as the convergence of industrial structure and market segmentation to restrict its own development. So this paper proposes an method which is developing rural leading industry inter-countyly, namely on the one hand we continue to developing the county economy, on the other hand we must implement the Inter-County development of rural leading industry on the basis of the common resources to solve the existing problems in the development of the rural leading industry to optimize the allocation of regional resources and have resources of the regional advantages become a truly competitive industries. Through developing rural leading industry inter-countyly we can not only solve its existing problems, but also narrow the gap between regions and promote the development of regional economic integration.This paper is divided into six parts. The first part is introduction introduced the background to the study, the purpose and the significance of the study, research ideas and methods, and innovation. The second part is expounded the inter-county economic theory. The third part is discussed the development status of China's rural leading industry and its existing problems in the inter-county development well as China's inter-county economic development practice. In the fourth part we propose the idea and the model of rural leading industry development across the county based on its existing problems and awareness and understanding of the inter-county economy, which promotes the development of rural leading industry, promotes the rural economy rapidly scale a new height and rapid development of regional economic integration. In the part five we propose the operating policies and countermeasures of rural leading industry development mode under inter-county economy. In the part six we do a concrete and practical exploration of the rural leading industry development on the inter-county through inter-county cooperation between Yanchuan County and Qingjian County in Shaanxi.
