Performance Evaluation Of Basic Old-age Insurance System For Urban Employees In Fujian Province

The basic endowment insurance system is an most important part of China's social security system.The basic old-age insurance system for urban enterprise employees has the biggst fund scale and the highest social attention in the basic endowment insurance system.After several rounds of reform,China's basic old-age insurance system for urban enterprise employees has been continuously improved,and a multi-level endowment insurance system has been gradually established.However,as the economic growth slows down and the population ages rapidly,the rigid expenditure of pension insurance treatment keeps increasing,and the pressure on the fund's long-term balance of payments and safe operation increases.The sustainability of endowment insurance has attracted more and more attention from the government and the society.The basic old-age insurance system for urban employees has been established in all parts of the country,but there are large differences among regions.The study on the performance of enterprise employee endowment insurance system is helpful to improve the overall operation efficiency of enterprise employee basic endowment insurance system,and further perfects enterprise worker basic endowment insurance system,and improves the pension system and promote sustainable development,thus lays the foundation for the national pooling of basic endowment insurance for the next step in China.In the field of social security,there are few empirical studies on the performance evaluation of the basic endowment insurance system for urban enterprise employees.This paper selects Fujian province as the main object of empirical research,based on the analytic hierarchy process,builds the performance evaluation index system of basic endowment insurance system for urban employees in Fujian province from economic dimension,social dimension and administrative dimension,evaluates the operation of basic endowment insurance system for urban enterprise employees in Fujian province from 2008 to 2017 and the performance level of basic endowment insurance system for urban enterprise employees in all regions of Fujian province in 2017.This paper uses a combination of qualitative and quantitative methods,scientifically evaluates the operation of basic endowment insurance system for urban enterprise workers in Fujian province,and make relevant policy recommendations.It provides a theoretical reference for improving the performance level of basic endowment insurance system for urban employees in Fujian province.
