With the development of living standards of the community,people have a higher quality of life pursuit,our diet also have a greater change.People are no longer satisfied with traditional cakes,and calls for new varieties to enrich their lives.Therefore,baking industry develops and occupies a place in the market,and is occupying the Chinese market with the speed of the thunder.Based on the results of previous studies,this paper summarizes the domestic and foreign scholars' research on marketing strategy,and summarizes the 4P theory,4C theory and 4R theory.Secondly,briefly introduces the marketing strategy analysis tools,such as PEST model,five forces model,SWOT analysis model etc.In this paper,the AL(Alice ting)baking company as the research object,using the method of questionnaire survey,the company conducted a SWOT analysis.Firstly,analysis the company's external environment through five aspects of the economic environment,policy environment,social and cultural environment,technology environment and industry competition;And then analysis the company's internal environment by the marketing situation and the existing problems in the marketing;Thirdly,further understand the company's market demand and consumer buying behavior through the issuance of questionnaires,analysis of consumer preferences as well as the impact of consumer purchase bread.Through several aspects of the investigation and analysis,we find out the strengths(S),the weaknesses(W),the opportunities(O)and the threat(T)of the company's in the current market conditions.At the same time,through the research on the marketing strategy of AL baking company,explore the enterprise's marketing strategy and implementation measures in the case of further expanding the size of the enterprise.From a marketing company to start baking the status AL,AL baked analyzes the company's sales in the form of brand promotion,product category,and store coverage.Deep in turn on the market puddings and cakes market potential competitors in the market are analyzed by comparing the discovery AL baking company in marketing problems:promotional means a single,low rate promotional items;inadvertently collected,on consumer feedback;different staff attitude;lack of Sealed branding efforts.After summarizing the issues through analysis,to address these issues corresponding solutions:changes in marketing focus;improve customer feedback system;do regular or occasional staff awareness training;systems publicity AL baking company's corporate image.By implementing the above countermeasures,and hope that we can grow the company AL baked help.
