Quality is the display of the overall quality of an enterprise,and also the embodiment of an enterprise's comprehensive strength.With the progress of human society and the improvement of people's living standards,customers are demanding higher and higher product quality.Lean quality operation is positioned at the height of global excellence,through the implementation of lean manufacturing and zero defect quality management,in the operation of the company gradually formed a model with enterprise characteristics.This mode is pursuing quality growth and pursuing competitive ability on the stage of globalization.The main idea is to introduce zero defect quality concept and promote the construction of excellent quality culture.For world-class manufacturing,the introduction and promotion of lean production form;around the improvement of lean quality,focus on promoting supply chain management innovation.The scope of Lean quality management will be extended to marketing,research and development design,procurement,processing and manufacturing,assembly and commissioning,product delivery,maintenance services and other business processes.Traditional quality management needs to change the development mode,improve the level of quality and efficiency to think of more ways,work harder and achieve better results.It is a realistic and feasible way to draw lessons from lean thinking and strengthen scientific management.Based on the investigation data of quality management in M company,this paper uses Lean quality management and statistics theory to study the quality management and its system of M company,and finds out the related problems existing in the quality management system of M company through the analysis of the current situation.This paper designs the Lean quality management system of M company according to the requirements of Lean quality management,and puts forward the implementation measures and corresponding suggestions of the Lean quality management system of M company.Finally,the performance evaluation of M Lean quality management system is carried out.Through the analysis of product quality,process control level,quality management level and service quality level,this paper designs Lean quality management system: excellent performance-oriented quality policy,internal audit of Lean quality system,Lean Six Sigma managementlevel design,market-oriented service quality design and the Lean quality management culture construction.Finally,some suggestions are put forward: improving product quality process control and strengthening the quality management level of the company.Constructing PDCA cycle system and strengthening the Lean quality management of the company.M company maximizes its value by improving customer satisfaction,reducing costs,improving quality,speeding up the process and improving capital investment.The relevant research results of this paper not only provide a set of effective design schemes for M company to construct marketoriented Lean quality management system,but also have certain reference value for the promotion of the same type of modern company Lean quality management system.
