Design For OU Cosmetics Company Quality Management Scheme

Cosmetics industry is a beauty products industry. Cosmetics is composed of basic chemical raw materials, at the same time, because the cosmetics is in use process need to direct contact with human skin, therefore, cosmetics is likely to produce a series of reaction of human skin. Therefore, cosmetics products quality will become a problem is closely related to people’s health safety. Quality is the life of the enterprise, especially for cosmetic industry. From the cosmetics industry faced the situation of fierce competition, points out that the cosmetic enterprises such as the need to be in an impregnable position in the industry, only by constantly improve enterprise management level of product quality, improve product quality is the fundamental way to improve and development of enterprise.This dissertation based on the theory of quality management, based on the situation of OU cosmetics company is now facing data statistics. Statistics is mainly from the material of the product pass rate, customer satisfaction, customer complaint batch for statistical indicators, and analyzing the reason of these statistics. Problems cause analysis can be divided into three:one is the enterprise management level of supplier did not reach;The second is the lack of standards related to product; Three is the enterprise lack of corresponding process and in the process of management system, make the product in the production operation process is unordered, resulting in the increase of product quality problems.On the basis of a series of problems, this dissertation from the basic theory of quality management:quality planning, process control plan, improvement planning of three basis points as the center, OU cosmetics company’s product quality plan for the design. Design content mainly can be divided into:1enterprise development direction of confirmation (i.e., the design of the enterprise policy, objectives);Supplier management plan design; Products in the process of production, improve and confirm the necessary procedures and process documents and related standards; The personnel needed for the overall operations of the enterprise, equipment, facilities, venues such as the allocation of resources, provide enterprises with complete product design quality management plan. Finally make the enterprise in quality management activities in the process of software and hardware scheme is perfect, make the enterprise quality management more on a level. So that enterprises with the perfect product quality management plan, form the systematic management method, in order to achieve perfect product quality management, improve product quality.
