Study On Village-level Collective Economic Development From The View Of Poverty Alleviation

Poverty alleviation is regarded as an important link for the guarantee of people’s livelihood at central,provincial,and municipal levels.However,if the long-term poverty reduction to be realized,strengthening the collective economy must be regarded as the main measure.The typical cases of developing collective economy at home and abroad can serve as important references.The collective economy,which is an important component of the countryside economy,can provide a solid material foundation for improving agricultural efficiency,increasing farmers’ income and promoting common prosperity in rural areas.It is an important endogenous driving force and a necessary path to improve quality and efficiency for poverty alleviation and development.Lingshi County is rich in natural resources such as coals,the industry development of which has set up foundation for collective economy development.Collective economy has become increasingly prominent in aspects of providing public goods,increasing employment opportunities,increasing the income of farmers and strengthening social security in rural areas.However,the imbalance of development still exists and the collective economic achieves zero benefits In many areas Therefore,this paper studies the village-level collective economy development in Yingwu village,Lingshi County from the perspective of poverty alleviation,analyzes the important role of collective economy in accurately assisting poverty alleviation,and formulates the growth of the collective economy according to the actual development of Yingwu village in Lingshi County.It is hoped that this strategy will help poverty-stricken households in Yingwu village,Lingshi County,achieve poverty alleviation and eventually achieve common prosperity.The paper is divided into the following six sections:Part one,Introduction.This part elaborated the background,purpose and significance of the topic,and summarized the domestic and foreign research results related to the collective economy as a literature review,then briefly summarized the research methods and ideas of the article,and finally put forward the innovation and deficiencies of this article.Part two,The Definition of Concept and Theoretical Basis.The thesis defines the core concepts that may be designed in the paper,and finds related theories according to the specific requirements of the article,which provides relevant theoretical basis for the following writing.Part three,Overview of poverty Alleviation Condition in Yingwu Village,Lingshi County.It elaborated in detail the current situation of poverty alleviation in Yingwu village,the causes of poverty,and the achievements made since the precise implementation of poverty alleviation,as well as the difficulties currently faced,and put forward the necessity of strengthening the collective economy from the perspective of poverty alleviation.Part four,the Development Condition in Yingwu Village-level Collective Economy.This part introduces the current situation of collective economic development in Yingwu village and the existing development of collective economy modes and the results achieved so far.Part five,the Problems Existing in the Development of the Collective Economy in Yingwu Village.This chapter analyzes in detail the problems of the collective economy in assisting accurate poverty alleviation.Part six,the Measures to Strengthen the Collective Economy in Yingwu Village.This chapter proposes the strategies for the development of the village collective economy from the perspective of poverty alleviation,and then improve the collective economy’s result on help ing alleviate poverty.
